The Earned Respect Tour was started by the Managing members of Upgrade U, LLC in 2007. Upgrade U, LLC is a women clothing store based in Orlando, Florida. Our mission is focused on changing the way women perceive themselves through fashion. We believe that by selling beautiful and quality clothing, at affordable prices, we are contributing to a more positive self-image of women which will inevitably affect the way they are viewed by men.

Yet, we have not stopped there. Upgrade U, is not only concern with enhancing the outer appearance but also upgrading the inner self as well. We believe that by offering the community alternative choices, through community events and social programs we can all begin the process of a positive change.

The Earn Respect Tour is much more than sporting events. It is about bringing families together through community based functions. We at Upgrade U encourage family togetherness by providing and promoting activities for the entire family. At many of our events, we provide fun children activities such as clowns, face painting, games, live music as well as informative information for the adults through venders such as the Supervisor of Elections, health Organizations, Attorneys, life and health insurance agencies, education institutions, and many more.
