How do I register?
To register you must review and agree to the rules and regulation, fill out the registration form along with the fees and wait for a confirmation in your email box within 24-48 hours.

When is the deadline to register?
The deadline for each event will vary depending on the type event and committee ruling for that event. To check the deadline, click on Events link, select the event you are inquiring about, select Event Info, and then select Rules & Deadlines.

How much is it to enter?
Every event is different so to see a list of the fee click on the Event link, select the event you are inquiring about, select Event Info, and then select Fee Schedule.

How old do I need to be to participate?
The age limit to participate in the event will vary depending on the type of event and the committee ruling. To check the deadline click on Events link, select the event you are inquiring about, select Event Info, and then select Rules & Deadlines.

Can the times be changed?
Yes, the times for each event are subject to change without notice, although we will make every effort to notify you of the change well in advance. It is your responsibility to check back with us periodically to confirm the event dates and times.

Will the events always be held in the same areas?
No, the event will be held in different areas, when the committee decides on the event they will also decide on the locations where they will be held.

Am I required to wear the organization’s shirt or pants?
Yes and No, player will be required to where a specific shirt provide by the organization but are allowed to where their own pants, unless other wise posted.

Will I be able to enter more than one event?
Yes, you can enter more than one event but you are responsible to be at each registered events. We will not refund any monies paid if you are unable to attend an event you registered to attend.

Can I participate in different areas?
No, you can not participate in different areas, you can only register and participate in the county where you reside.

Can we substitute a player(s)?
Yes, one player substitution will be allowed.

How many players can we register as a substitute?
You can register a maximum of 2 (two) players as a substitute but only 1 (one) player will be allowed to substitute during the match. It is important that you remember that the clock will not stop for this to be done so substitution must be well coordinated.

Is there an extra fee to add a substitute?
Yes, a fee will be charged to add each additional substitute. To check view the fees click on Events link, select the event you are inquiring about, select Event Info, and then select Fee Schedule.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, you do not need to bring your own equipment, unless you require items specific to you, i.e. Goggles gloves, mouth piece, cup, etc.

Will I be photographed and or video recorded?
Yes, every one that participates in any of our events will be recorded. Once you agree to participate in the tournament you will be required to sign a waver allowing us to photograph and video recorded you. This wavier will also allow us to use your likeness in advertisement, promotions, DVDs, merchandise, etc. without further compensation to you.

What if I get hurt while playing?
If you get hurt or damage someone’s property you will be responsible to cover any cost associated with the injury or damage. You will also be required to sign a wavier releasing our organization, event presenter(s), sponsor(s), staff, representative(s), or vendor(s) from any liability.

Will first, second, and third place receive a prize?
Yes, all three positions will receive a prize at the individual events but not at the finals. To check on the prize packages click on the Events link, the event you would like to participate in, then Event Info, and then Awards & Prizes.

When will I get the prizes and/or the money if I win the county game?
You will receive the prize and/or money for the individual events immediately following the event payable by check in the name of the team captain.

When will I get the prize money if I win the finals?
If you win the finals you will not receive the grand prize money until the winner and sponsor appreciation party.

Could I be sponsored by a company or an organization?
Yes, you can be sponsored by any company or organization but it must be made known a least one week in advance.

What is the fee for a company to sponsor us?
The corporate sponsorship of an individual team will vary depending on the type of event and the event committee ruling. To check the fee schedule click on Events link, select the event you are inquiring about, select Event Info, and then select Fee Schedule.

What if I am unable to make it to the event will I be refunded the entry fee?
If your team will not able to make it to the event you must contact us 2 (two) weeks in advance or no monies will be refunded, and your position will be given to another team.

What if I can’t make it to the finals?
If you won the individual event and your team will not make it to the final event you will be disqualified and your county will lose representation at that event and any money associated with your possible win.

What will happen if the event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled we will reschedule the event for a date immediately following the originally cancelled date. It is your sole responsibility to periodically check our site for changes and adjust your plans to be present.

If the event is cancelled will I receive a refund?
If the event is completely cancelled and we are unable to schedule another event we will refund all monies paid.

How long will it take to refund the monies paid.
Refunds will take typically 30 (thirty) day to be returned but we will do our best to have it to you with in two weeks.

Who will the refund be returned to?
The refund will be mail in the form of a check payable only in the name of the team captain.

How do I cancel?
The team captain will be the only one permitted to cancel and be required to provide an authorization code and answer a few identification questions in order for the refund to be processed. This process will insure that the no unauthorized person can cancel and steal your money.
